This Orientation Must Be Completed in One Sitting

To successfully complete the Oregon High School Athletics Orientation, you must finish the entire process in one session.

If you exit early or close your browser before reaching the final page, you will need to start over from the beginning.


What You’ll Need to Complete This Orientation:

  • A parent/guardian to complete the form and sign with you
  • Your student ID number
  • About 30–40 minutes of focused time
  • A reliable internet connection
